Monoceros spas were first designed in 2019, and the time to market has been postponed by the global pandemic. We therefore modelled a variety of model series, including compact-sized spas, bulky-sized spas, square-edged spas, and swim spas. Following that, we designed all the parts with some artists and cultural experts, which makes Monoceros spas exclusively recognized in the marketplace and able to deliver their own sense of the brand image and spirit. Then, we built a sauna room team to make sure that Monoceros is a self-independent design brand that is able to deliver the sense of nature and the connection between humans and the planet.

In order to deliver excellent service, we have launched a few service spots across the globe. The headquarters service center is erected in France, and services include hotline contact, parts delivery, sales center, repair team, and on-call service. The operation base provides us with a strong back-up for any customer and service requests. As Monoceros teams believe, we don’t create lifestyles or happiness, but rather deliver them. It is a lifestyle of nature. We seek the deep core of happiness and deliver it to customers.
